If your bank does not support Japanese Yen, a currency conversion fee may be charged and your redemption will be converted at the then applicable currency conversion rate of the bank.* A minimum of ¥100 is required to redeem via bank wire. |
| Redemption - ZUSD | No fees. | GMO Trust and its banking partners do not charge fees for redeeming ZUSD for US Dollars and wiring funds to your bank account. You may incur fees from your own bank when receiving funds. A minimum of $1 is required to redeem via bank wire. |

* For these reasons, you should always denominate your wire transfer in Japanese Yen or US Dollars, so that you know exactly how much GYEN or ZUSD, respectively, you will receive with respect to a given purchase or redemption request.
If you do not hold a JPY-denominated account and wish to Redeem GYEN with us, you may register a non-JPY account as Bank Wire (JPY). GMO Trust will send JPY to your registered account, and the FX conversion to your account currency will be performed by your receiving bank at the exchange rate determined by that bank. Any associated FX or wire fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks may apply and are your responsibility, in accordance with our Stablecoin User Terms and Conditions. Your bank may reject the transfer, and we strongly recommend confirming with your bank in advance that it will accept an incoming JPY wire.
GMO Trust is not responsible for any Foreign Currency Return Fee, Wire Rejection Fee, or similar handling fees associated with returned JPY. Your bank or any intermediary bank may return only a portion of the amount GMO Trust sends to you as a result of a rejection. If the balance returned to GMO Trust is less than what was initially remitted, any successive remittance to a new account you provide will be reduced by the same amount. GMO Trust does not charge wire rejection fees.

Any change to our Fee Schedule, including adjustments to any tiers or rates, will be emailed and/or posted no fewer than three calendar days before such changes are to take effect and no changes will be in effect for fewer than 30 calendar days, subject to any shorter period of time that may be required by applicable law or regulation.
Any transfer initiated after the effective date indicated in such notice will be subject to the new Fee Schedule and you will be deemed to have agreed to the new Fee Scheduled by continuing to use our services.
